CANYON VISTA ELEMENTARY

My name is Candace Schmaltz (“Miss Candace”) and I am the Preschool Teacher at Canyon Vista Elementary. The Early Childhood Preschool Program is a hands-on play based program that teaches the California Preschool Learning Foundations and focuses on developing the whole child.  Our program supports communication skills, problem-solving, independence, self-confidence, fine and gross motor development, self-regulation and self-control, following routines and multiple step instructions in large and small group settings. Program hours:

 5 day M-F 8-11 a.m. and 12-3 p.m.

 3 day MWF 8-11 a.m.

2 day Tue.-Thur. 8-11 a.m.
